We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

Jeans are excellent, odorless, came quickly. I was afraid that they would shake, took 29 size. I have a flat figure, so in the waist norms, in the hips are wide. But i will still wear it) thanks to the store. I will order in a different color and a smaller size.
Jeans cool! Sewing is excellent, do not complain! The length approached (height 160). On the hips butt _ about 102 (not in any way 108). And the waist does not converge from 80 (not 81). The store's table is not accurate! Jeans really liked: sat perfectly: the pants are not tight and not wide. We have to lose weight!
Jeans are good, very high. On my parameters 26 size is perfect: waist 75 cm, hip 90 cm. The truth of the priest at the bottom is frayed and in general the legs as pipes, but for the style of the boyfriend-and should be. Satisfied
I ordered a size up from my usual 28 waist and they fit very well. Nice and comfortable, they are thick and have no stretch. I'm 174 cm tall and they come over my ankles so I can roll them at least once.
